QA/QC Introduction

A. We have a strict system for quality control:
1) Raw material test: all the raw materials must be tested strictly, any unqualified is rejected from entering into production lines.
2) Production process test: every step or data is strictly controlled by the quality test department according to enterprise's standards which are issued by documents.
3) Finished product test: each panel or steel component must be tested according to national standards and any unqualified is rejected from entering into market.
4) Installation test: each step of installation is strictly controlled; any unqualified component is replaced quickly.
5) Continuance quality test: our test staff keeps a sample for each batch, and the sample will be tested even after they had installed for further performances, such as aging resistance, and weather resistance

B. Our products have also been quality inspected and supervised by Shenzhen Academy of Metrology and Quality Inspection.
